The buckwheat & sarrasin flour
As the tradition, we are using organic buckwheat flour in our galette (savoury crepe) and it makes them really nutritive. Buckwheat seeds often called 'superfood' are high in fiber and protein. It is also packed with nutrients and antioxydants.
Taste and food origin are important to us, therefore we source our ingredients from local suppliers and organic producers. We also import our key ingredients from Brittany. Organic cider, buckwheat flour and Andouille. Our food is mostly organic. the dishes we serve are seasonal and made from scratch.
